4 Schneider's Juicy Jumbos Hot Dogs 100% Beef
4 Hot Dog Buns
.25 cup thinly sliced red pepper
.25 cup thinly sliced orange pepper
.25 cup thinly sliced yellow pepper
.5 cup thinly sliced yellow onion
1 tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil
.5 tsp salt
.5 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp pickled green jalepenos (optional)
.5 cup shredded (old) white Cheddar Cheese


In a saute pan, add oil,salt and pepper and all of the vegetables except the jalapeno peppers. Cook on medium until all vegetables are soft and the onion should become translucent. Approximately 4-6 minutes. BBQ or grill the hot dogs until cooked through and nice grill marks appear. Slice the dogs through the middle long ways. Place a hot dog in each hot dog bun. Equally distribute the cooked vegetables over the SPLIT center of each hot dog. Sprinkle the cheese equally over the top of each hot dog. Place in Microwave, and heat just until the cheese melts. Approx 15-25 seconds. Top each hot dog with an equal amount of Jalapenos. Enjoy!
