This is an exotic yet simple recipe that you can serve to your adult guests.

Ingredients

8 maple leaf bologna
1 cup drained marinated artichoke hearts
4 slices process cheddar cheese

Directions

Drain artichokes, place a small amount of artichoke mixture onto bolonga slice. Place 1/2 slice of processed cheese onto artichoke. Fasten with a toothpick. Bake at 350F for 10 -15 minutes until the cheese melts.
