2 Plum tomatoes, sliced
Salt & pepper
2 Slices Villaggio® 100% Whole Wheat Thick Sliced Italian Style Bread, toasted
1/2 cup Ready prepared beans in tomato sauce, warmed
2 Slices Maple Leaf® Bacon, cooked crisp
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 Green onion, sliced
2 Fried eggs


PREHEAT broiler to high. Place tomatoes on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Place under the broiler for 5-10 minutes or until the edges begin to brown slightly. Pat dry with paper towel.

PLACE toasted bread on a baking sheet and spoon beans over each slice. Layer roasted tomatoes over top. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle with cheese and green onions. Broil until golden and bubbly, about 2-3 minutes. Serve topped with a fried egg.
