An easier way to eat an egg salad sandwich using a tortilla rolled into a wrap to make it easier to bite into without the mess of filling falling out.
|2||Dempster's 100% Whole Wheat Tortilla|
|2||hard boiled eggs, cooled and chopped|
|1||rib of celery, finely chopped|
|1||small apple, finely chopped|
|5 tbsp||low fat mayonnaise|
|1/5 tsp||smoked paprika|
1. Assemble egg salad by mixing the eggs, celery, apples, mayo, paprika, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
2. Spread about half the salad mixture onto a tortilla leaving the top half an inch free of filling. Roll from bottom to form a roll. Cut into two halves and enjoy. Repeat for the other tortilla.
