Your kids will love this sunny side up wrap.


2 Dempster's� Sundried Tomato Tortillas
4 Eggs
1 tbsp Cooking oil
1.2 cup green onions


Heat oil in a large skillet. While heating, mix eggs in a bowl. Add green onions and salt and pepper to taste.

Scramble eggs and add any other vegetables such as green peppers.

Spread egg mixture on tortillas. Fold over opposite ends of wrap to prevent filling from falling out. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Cut tortillas in half.


(Optional: Add grated cheddar cheese just before rolling up tortillas)
