Chili is one of our favourite comfort foods, and is a perfect way to use up those turkey leftovers!
|2 cups||de-boned, finely diced turkey leftovers (dark and white meat)|
|1 can||no salt added black beans, undrained|
|1 can||no salf added kidney beans, undrained|
|1 can||diced tomatoes, undrained|
|2 cups||white mushrooms, sliced and washed|
|1||white onion, diced|
|1 tsp||chili powder|
|1 tsp||seasoning salt|
Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Stir well. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 2.5hrs (or until thickened to your liking), stirring regularly.
