This can also be made with left over trout from dinner!
|100 g||rainbow trout fillet|
|salt and pepper|
Preheat a nonstick grill and season trout with salt and pepper. Grill for 3-4 mins until cooked through, then remove, let cool and shred into small pieces with a fork.
Chop up the green onion and in a small bowl mix together the rainbow trout, mayo and green onion. Spread onto a tortilla wrap, fold up and enjoy!
