Deliciously simple treat that is great for all occasions including picnics.
|1 Pkg||Tenderflake Tarts (Regular)|
|1 can||Pumpkin Puree|
|4 tbsp||Evaporated Milk|
|3 tbsp||Raisins (Optional)|
Mix all ingredients saving the raisins to place in the bottom of the shells and on top.
How to Bake:
I laid my tart shells out and put about 3-4 raisins at the bottom of the tart
Added my pumpkin pie filling to each tart
Finished some of the tarts off with 3 raisins on the top
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 375 and bake until your toothpick comes out clean (roughly 30 minutes)
Top with your favourite ice cream or whipped cream.
