I like quick and unique meals. This is quite an easy recipe that takes no time to prepare and that your family will just love
|Greek||pita bread for 4 persons|
|1 can||of pasta sauce or pizza sauce|
|enough||sauce to cover pita bread|
|1 cup||mozzarella cheese|
|garlic||powder) or dried herbs (oregano|
|maple||leaf ham and other toppings ex. pepperoni or salami chopped up|
|finely||chopped up mushrooms|
Brush on a little olive oil on the pita.
Spread sauce on top of the pita.
Add maple leaf ham, and other toppings like pepperoni or salami, olives and mushrooms
Sprinkle on pinches of desired herbs and spices, and add any toppings you'd like.
Sprinkle on the shredded cheese.
Place on baking sheet, bake for 5-7 minutes at 400°, or until cheese is melted (times may vary).
Slice with pizza cutter and enjoy!
