This is a quick, easy & filling lunch that's quite tasty and healthy. Give it a try. Serving this dish in a take out container makes it fun and portable.
|4||Schneiders Red Hots Weiners, sliced horizontally|
|1 bunch||pak choi, diced|
|2 cups||shredded cabbage|
|1||clove garlic, diced finely|
|1||small onion, diced|
|1 tbsp||olive oil|
|salt and freshly ground pepper to taste|
Add olive oil, onions & garlic to hot pan and saute. Then add weiners and saute for a few additional minutes. Remove from pan. Add pak choi, cabbage and carrots to pan and saute until just slightly wilted. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add back weiners to pan just long enough to combine. Enjoy with hot cooked rice or by itself for a healthy lunch.
