This is a working mom's dream recipe as it is easy and tasty. Win-win!
|1/4 cup||olive oil|
|2 tsp||chili powder|
|1/4 tsp||white pepper|
Peel 2 large potatos.
Cut into small "fries type" strips - about 1/2 inch thick.
Put them into a plastic bag and add olive oil toss around until fully coated.
Lay out on baking sheet and sprinkle all spices evenly onto potatos.
Bake on convect roast at 350 for 20 minutes.
Ready in a flash and healthy too! Minimal ingredients
