|1 Pkg||Dempster’s® Rustic Hamburger Buns (6) / Ben’s® Rustic Hamburger Buns (6)|
|1 Pkg||(12 oz/340 g) prepared and dressed coleslaw mix|
|6||fast fry boneless pork chops|
|6||slices Swiss cheese|
Preheat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well. Grill fast fry pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until grill-marked and just cooked through. Top with cheese; grill for 1 minute or until cheese melts.
Assemble pork chops in buns with pickle slices and 1/4 cup (60 mL) coleslaw. Serve sandwiches with remaining coleslaw.
If serving for less people, divide accordingly.
Substitute Swiss cheese with cheddar cheese or try smoked cheddar.
