An easy and tasty alternative to chicken cordon Bleu!
|6||slices thick cut bologna|
|1 cup||shredded cooked chicken breast|
|6||slices swiss cheese|
Place bologna slices on baking sheet line with tin foil.
Place one slice of swiss cheese on each piece of bologna.
A place chicken equally over cheese slices.
Roll up bologna and secure with tooth pick.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
