|1||(700 g) Package ready prepared pizza dough|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Cornmeal|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Pizza sauce|
|2 cups||(500 mL) Grated Mozzarella cheese|
|6||Maple Leaf® Ready Crisp® Bacon Fully Cooked Bacon Slices, chopped|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Cherry tomatoes, halved|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Watercress|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Grated Parmesan cheese|
PREHEAT the oven to 400°F (200°C).
LINE a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with cornmeal. Turn the pizza dough onto a lightly floured work surface. Using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll and stretch to fit the baking sheet.
SPREAD the sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese, bacon, cherry tomatoes and watercress. Finish with Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes; rotate the pan and continue to bake for an additional 15 minutes.
