Only 2 ingredients!
|5 L||very ripe bananas - chunked and frozen|
|3 tbsp||peanut butter|
In a food processor or blender, combine frozen bananas (easiest if cut into chunks), and peanut butter.
Cream until smooth.
Transfer into container and freeze until you get your preferred ice cream like texture.
You can try adding Nutella or chocolate chips to the frozen bananas for chocolate peanut butter ice cream.
