The classic breakfast egg recipe now seasonally tailored for Easter!
|1||Package Tenderflake® Patty Shells|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Grated Swiss cheese|
|6||Slices bacon, cooked and crumbled|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Chopped fresh chives|
PREHEAT oven to 400°F (200°C).
ARRANGE patty shells on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until pastries are puffed and golden. Remove the centers from each patty shell and place 1 tsp (5 mL) of grated cheese in each one. Carefully crack an egg into each patty and return to the oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until eggs are set.
SPRINKLE each patty with remaining cheese, bacon and chives just before serving.
