Potato shell filled with spices and bacon


6 Strips of Maple Leaf Hearty Slice Bacon
4 Sweet Potatoes
3 tbsp Butter
3 tsp Cumin
1 tbsp Grated Ginger
Salt and Pepper
Olice Oil


SCRUB the potatoes and coat them in olive oil. Put them in the oven at 400F for about 40-50 minutes.

CUT the bacon into pieces and fry them

CUT the potatoes in half and scoop out the centers into a bowl, leaving about a quarter inch of flesh around the skin.

MASH the sweet potato centers and mix in the butter, cumin, grated ginger, salt and pepper. Then, add the bacon

FILL the potato shells with the mash mixture.

BAKE the potato shells in the oven at 425F for 10-15 minutes, and then serve
