Smells like donairs, taste like chicken


1 small chicken
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Herb du provence
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paperika


Mix all the spices together in a bowl, rub entire chicken with spices. Cook chicken in oven uncovered as per cooking instructions (based on chicken size), in the last 15 minutes, cover chicken with tin foil to finish cooking time. Let set for 10 minutes to allow juices to settle. Slice and enjoy with your favorite sides.
