If you like Buffalo chicken wings then you will love this DIY sandwich, and no bones! lol. Grilled seasoned chicken breast drenched in tangy Buffalo sauce, topped with creamy Goat cheese, fresh red onion, tomato and lettuce. Game on!
2 | Dempster's slices white bread |
1 tbsp | soft butter |
1 | small boneless chicken breast |
1 tsp | soft butter |
1 tsp | papkika-for chicken |
1 | pinch salt-for chicken |
1 | turn of pepper mill-for chicken |
3 tbsp | Buffalo sauce |
3 | leaves of leafy green lettuce |
2 | thin slices red onion |
3 | slices tomato |
2 tbsp | Goat cheese-crumbled |
1 | pinch salt |
1 | turn pepper mill |
Season both sides of chicken breast with salt, pepper and paprika. Grill chicken breast on both sides until cooked through and juices run clear. In a small bowl add Buffalo sauce and butter, place in microwave for 10 seconds or until butter melts. Stir until combined. Transfer chicken breast into bowl and coat both sides with sauce. Toast Dempster's bread slices. Butter both slices of toast -one side. Build your sandwich: 1 piece toast, 1 leaf lettuce, chicken breast, Goat cheese, red onion, tomato, salt, pepper 2 lettuce leaves and top slice toasted bread buttered side down. Enjoy!
I prefer Goat cheese, but you can use crumbled Blue cheese instead.
