Our Dilled Salmon Spread with Cucumber Sandwich is sure to be hit at lunch or any time you want to sneak more veggies into your day.
|4||Slices DEMPSTER’S® Garden Vegetable Bread, toasted|
|16||Thin slices cucumbe|
|4 oz||(112 g) Smoked salmon, chopped|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Spreadable cream cheese|
|2||Green onions, minced|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Minced dill|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Lemon zest|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Prepared horseradish|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Sour cream|
|Garnishes: Dill sprigs and lemon zest|
CUT toasted bread into quarters. Arrange a cucumber slice over each quarter of bread.
MIX together smoked salmon, cream cheese, green onion, dill, lemon zest, horseradish and sour cream until well combined.
DOLLOP mixture over cucumbers and top each with a sprig of dill and lemon zest
