PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C). Brush bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
TOP each crostini with a generous amount of Cream cheese. Place a piece of smoked salmon on top, garnish with fresh dill and capers if using.
