Ingredients

1 Dempster’s® OvenFresh® White Baguette, sliced into ¼-½” (.5-1 cm) thick pieces
2 tbsp (30 mL) Olive oil
Cream cheese
Smoked salmon
Fresh dill sprigs
Capers (optional)

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 350°F (180°C). Brush bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden and crispy.

TOP each crostini with a generous amount of Cream cheese. Place a piece of smoked salmon on top, garnish with fresh dill and capers if using.
