|1 lb||Ground beef|
|3||Cloves garlic, minced|
|1||Small onion, finely chopped|
|2 ml||Freshly ground black pepper|
|1 ml||White pepper|
|Pinch cayenne pepper|
|1 tbsp||Chopped fresh cilantro|
|4 tbsp||Cream cheese|
|4||Dempster’s® Deluxe Hamburger Buns|
PREHEAT BBQ to medium-high. Lightly coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray.
Grill all the peppers until very soft. Slice into thin strips, and in a cast iron pan add some olive oil and fry them while making the burgers.
MIX together beef, garlic, onion, egg, black pepper, white pepper, cayenne pepper, salt and cilantro in a large bowl. Shape into 4 patties.
GRILL patties for 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). SPREAD cream cheese over the bottom half of each bun. Top with red and green pepper slices, burger patty, spicy ketchup and top of bun.
