A Schneider's Grill'ems sausage on a sesame bun with classic Reuben sandwich fixings, topped with yellow ballpark mustard.
1 | Schneider's Original Grill'ems sausage, heated. |
50 g | thin sliced pastrami, heated |
20 g | Swiss style cheese |
2 tbsp | cold, drained raw sauerkraut |
yellow ballpark mustard, to taste | |
1 | sesame hot dog bun |
1.
Grill or steam your sausage until hot. Grill'ems are already pre-cooked.

Steam your pastrami and place on the sesame hot dog bun.
3.
Place the thin sliced Swiss style cheese on one side.
4.
Place the hot sausage in the center and add the sauerkraut to the other side.
5.
Slather with ballpark mustard and serve while hot.
