Tender and juicy Rib racks glazed to perfection in a Honey, Mustard and Curry powder rub gives it an incredible flavour profile. Finger licking good!
|1||Rack Maple Leaf Prime® Pork Side Ribs|
|2 tbsp||Melted butter|
|1/4 cup||Prepared mustard|
|1 tbsp||Curry powder|
|Salt and pepper|
PREHEAT oven to 325°F (160°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs by gently peeling and pulling it off. Cut the ribs in half or cut between the bones into desired portions. Place in a shallow baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Add ½ cup (125 mL) of water to the pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours or until very tender.
WHISK together the remaining ingredients.
PREHEAT BBQ to medium-high. Lightly coat the grill with non-stick cooking spray. Place ribs on the grill. Brush liberally with sauce, turning and basting frequently until golden brown and sticky.
PREHEAT broiler to medium-high. Arrange ribs on a baking sheet. Brush liberally with sauce. Turn and baste until golden brown and sticky.
Serve with rice pilaf and grilled vegetables.
