Tender and juicy Rib racks glazed to perfection in a Honey, Mustard and Curry powder rub gives it an incredible flavour profile. Finger licking good!

1 Rack Maple Leaf Prime® Pork Side Ribs
2 tbsp Melted butter
1/3 cup Honey
1/4 cup Prepared mustard
1 tbsp Curry powder

Place in a shallow baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Add ½ cup (125 mL) of water to the pan, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours or until very tender.

WHISK together the remaining ingredients.

PREHEAT broiler to medium-high. Arrange ribs on a baking sheet. Brush liberally with sauce. Turn and baste until golden brown and sticky.

Serve with rice pilaf and grilled vegetables.
