curry chicken with flavourful rice


1/4 tsp thyme, sage, garlic, ginger, rosemary
1/2 Onion - diced
1 Celery Stalk Diced
1/2 Green and Red Pepper Diced
1 Whole Chicken cut into pieces
3 cup White Rice
1 can mixed beans
1/2 cup Onion Diced
1/4 tsp Turmeric and Black Pepper
5 cups Water
1 tbsp Vinager
2 Carrots diced
1 cup green beans chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste


Season Chicken with thyme, garlic powder, sage, curry and salt.

Stir curry powder into hot vinegar in pot, incorporate chicken pieces one at a time mixing well.

Cook over low heat for 25 min stiring often.

In a new pot add carrots, mixed beans, onion, green beans and turmeric with a little oil and cook on low for 20 minutes.

Stir in Rice and add water slowly. Cook until rice is fully cooked.
