curry chicken with flavourful rice
|1/4 tsp||thyme, sage, garlic, ginger, rosemary|
|1/2||Onion - diced|
|1||Celery Stalk Diced|
|1/2||Green and Red Pepper Diced|
|1||Whole Chicken cut into pieces|
|3 cup||White Rice|
|1 can||mixed beans|
|1/2 cup||Onion Diced|
|1/4 tsp||Turmeric and Black Pepper|
|1 cup||green beans chopped|
|Salt and Pepper to taste|
Season Chicken with thyme, garlic powder, sage, curry and salt.
Stir curry powder into hot vinegar in pot, incorporate chicken pieces one at a time mixing well.
Cook over low heat for 25 min stiring often.
In a new pot add carrots, mixed beans, onion, green beans and turmeric with a little oil and cook on low for 20 minutes.
Stir in Rice and add water slowly. Cook until rice is fully cooked.
