Creamy, melt in your mouth cheese complement the flavor of crispy Schneider’s Chicken Smoked Sausages. Easy recipe that my family and friends enjoyed, they keep asking for more, worth to try. The hint of maple syrup complement the camembert cheese, you can use any soft cheese you like.


1 Pkg Schneiders Chicken Smoked Sausages-Grill'ems Chicken Sausages Chipotle Monterey Jack
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp maple syrup
15 cleaned and sliced mushroom
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
10 slices Camembert cheese


Slice the Schneiders Chicken Smoked Sausages lengthwise. Heat the frying pan and put 1 tbsp of olive oil, fry for about 5-10 minutes on a high heat, add 1 tbsp of maple syrup continue stirring until all the sausages are covered and sausage is crispy on sides.

In a pan over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter, add the Worcestershire sauce, and then add the mushroom. Stir frequently until the mushrooms are cooked.

Cut the baguette in half lengthwise; spread the other 1 tbsp. butter on the bottom part.

Place the cooked Schneiders Chicken Smoked Sausages overlapping one after another.

Add the slices of camembert, (while the sausages are still hot as this will melt the camembert.)

Topped with mushroom and pour a little mushroom sauce into the baguette.

Replace the cover of the baguette.

Cut into 4 to 6 pcs and serve while warm.
