1 Pkg (500g) Schneiders® Country Naturals® Hot Sicilian Countryside Sausage, casings removed
1 lb (450 g) Ready prepared gnocchi
1 Bunch rapini or broccoli rabe, roughly chopped
Pinch of nutmeg
1/2 Lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper


HEAT a large skillet over medium-high. Add sausage and cook, breaking apart with the back of a wooden spoon for 6-8 minutes. Add gnocchi and cook, stirring until the meat is golden brown and the gnocchi are crisp and lightly browned on both sides. Add rapini and nutmeg. Allow rapini to wilt. Add lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.


Substitute spinach for rapini.
