Crispy and delicious and you likely have everything in your pantry right now to make these for a quick dinner tonight. Big kids and little kids will love them!
|2||Maple Leaf Prime® Portions Boneless Pork Chops|
|1/2 cup||Crushed crisp rice cereal|
|1 tbsp||Sesame seeds|
|Pinch of chili flakes, optional|
|1/2 cup||Vegetable oil|
PLACE pork chops in a shallow bowl and spread each with mayonnaise to coat. Combine cereal crumbs, sesame seeds, sugar and chili flakes in another bowl. Dip each pork chop into the crumb mixture and coat evenly.
HEAT oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Cook pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crisp and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
PREHEAT oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes, turn over and continue to bake for an additional 7 minutes or until crispy and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Cut the pork into strips and make dippable pork fingers.
Serve with your favourite mustard for dipping.
