Fresh mushrooms in a creamy sauce for a quick snack or lunch.
|1 lb||fresh mushrooms, sliced|
|10 oz||can condensed mushroom soup|
|2 tsp||olive oil|
|6||Schneiders Country Naturals jumbo weiners|
Slice mushrooms and saute in oil covered for about 5 minutes covered in a deep frying pan. Add 1/4 cup water and can of condensed soup. Stir and cook for a few minutes until hot. Add mixture to wieners on buns and garnish with chopped green onion.
