I think this recipe would go nicely with any of the Maple Leaf Stuffed Chicken recipes but my personal favourite was Ham and Swiss.
|1||large head of cauliflower|
|1/4 cup||sour cream|
|2 tbsp||ranch seasoning powder mix|
|1/4 cup||parmesan cheese (or substitute any cheese|
|null||salt and pepper- season to taste|
|drizzle||of canola oil|
Cut and wash cauliflower and steam or boil until tender. Drain and mix with other ingredients. Mix with hand beater until creamy. Serve with Maple Leaf Ham and Swiss stuffed chicken breasts and enjoy!
