Quick and hearty, creamy and delicious! Smoky ham with corn and potatoes!
|1 tbsp||Olive oil|
|1||Clove garlic, minced|
|1 can||(14 oz) Creamed corn|
|2||Schneiders Olde Fashioned® Smoked Ham Steaks, diced|
|1/2||Red pepper, diced|
|1 cup||Heat and serve mashed potatoes|
|1 cup||Frozen corn|
|1 cup||Reduced sodium chicken broth|
|2 tsp||Chopped fresh herbs|
|Salt & pepper|
HEAT oil in a large saucepan over medium. Add onion, garlic, ham and peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
Serve with crusty bread.
