Quick and hearty, creamy and delicious! Smoky ham with corn and potatoes!

Ingredients

1 tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion, diced
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 can (14 oz) Creamed corn
2 Schneiders Olde Fashioned® Smoked Ham Steaks, diced
1/2 Red pepper, diced
1 cup Heat and serve mashed potatoes
1 cup Frozen corn
1 cup Reduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup Milk
2 tsp Chopped fresh herbs
Salt & pepper

Directions

HEAT oil in a large saucepan over medium. Add onion, garlic, ham and peppers. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer, season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Notes

Serve with crusty bread.
