|1/4 cup||Fresh corn niblets, cooked|
|3 tbsp||Chopped cooked bacon|
|1/3 cup||Grated Oka cheese|
|2||Slices Dempster's 100% Whole Wheat Bread|
|2 tbsp||Butter, softened|
MIX corn niblets, bacon bits and cheese together. Spread the mixture between the two slices of bread. Butter the outside of the bread.
HEAT a non-stick skillet over medium and grill the sandwich for 4-5 minutes per side or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
This is a great recipe to use leftover corn on the cob.
