Creamy delicious potato salad that compliments any of the Maple Leaf Prime Stuffed Chicken.
|3 tbsp||Philadelphia Garlic Cream Cheese|
|4||Strips of Crispy Bacon crushed|
|Few sprigs of parsley|
|Salt to taste|
Cut and boil potatoes until done. Drain and sprinkle a little salt. Set aside to cool.
In a bowl mix the mayonnaise and garlic cream cheese until well blended. Add chopped green pepper and parsley. Add the potatoes and bacon. Mix well coating all the potatoes.
Garnish with bacon bits and parsley.
