The bologna combined with a creamy cheese and onion flavoured dollop on top is what really sets these crackers apart from the usual.
|6||crackers (choose a brand that is salted with no additional flavours)|
|6 oz||cheddar cheese|
|6||grape or cherry tomatoes|
|3 tbsp||cream cheese at room temperature|
|1 tbsp||heavy table cream|
|1/8 tbsp||onion powder|
Using a hand mixer, mix together cream cheese, table cream, and onion powder on high speed for approximately 5 minutes or until it will hold it's own shape.
Slice bologna into six equal parts, keeping consistent to the shape of your chosen cracker if possible.
Slice the cheese into 6 1oz portions.
Top the cracker with bologna, followed by cheese, then 1 tsp of the creamy onion mix. Top with a single grape or cherry tomato, cut in half.
