8 Slices Dempster’s® Whole Wheat Bread
4 oz (110 g) Cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp (30 mL) Sour cream
1 tsp (5 mL) Dijon mustard
16 Slices English cucumber
32 Slices Deli Maple Leaf® Artisan Collection® Salami
4 oz (110 g) White Cheddar or Aged Provolone cheese, cubed
16 Wooden toothpicks
Fresh parsley


USING a 2” (5 cm) cookie cutter, cut each bread slice into 2 rounds.

BEAT cream cheese, sour cream and Dijon mustard together using an electric mixer. Spread mixture on each round of bread. Top each with a cucumber slice and two pieces of salami, artfully folded, and a cube of cheese. Secure with a wooden toothpick. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
