|4 oz||(110 g) Cream cheese, softened|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Sour cream|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Dijon mustard|
|16||Slices English cucumber|
|32||Slices Deli Maple Leaf® Artisan Collection® Salami|
|4 oz||(110 g) White Cheddar or Aged Provolone cheese, cubed|
USING a 2” (5 cm) cookie cutter, cut each bread slice into 2 rounds.
BEAT cream cheese, sour cream and Dijon mustard together using an electric mixer. Spread mixture on each round of bread. Top each with a cucumber slice and two pieces of salami, artfully folded, and a cube of cheese. Secure with a wooden toothpick. Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with fresh parsley. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
