About this Recipe

This simple couscous side is dressed in orange juice and infused with toasted pecans, dried cranberries and fresh parsley.

Ingredients

.75 cup (175 mL) Orange juice
2 tsp (10 mL) Butter
.75 cup (175 mL) Couscous
.35 cup (50 mL) Dried cranberries
.35 cup (50 mL) Chopped pecans
1 tbsp (15 mL) Chopped parsley

Directions

BOIL juice and butter in a small saucepan. Stir in couscous, cover and remove from heat.

LET stand for 5 minutes.

ADD cranberries, pecans, and parsley before serving.
