You are not going to believe how great this tastes! Creamy Brie cheese melted over the turkey and kale. The tart, sweet cranberry sauce just makes it!
|4||Whole wheat pitas|
|4 tbsp||(60 mL) Alfredo sauce|
|2 cups||(500 mL) Finely chopped kale|
|1||(400 g) Package Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Strips, roughly chopped|
|16||Slices Brie cheese|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Cranberry sauce|
PREHEAT oven to 400°F (200°C).
PLACE pitas on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Spread each with 1 tbsp (15 mL) of Alfredo sauce leaving a ½” (1.25 cm) border. Arrange ½ cup (125 mL) of chopped kale on each pizza. Divide the chopped chicken between the pizzas followed by four slices of Brie cheese. Drizzle each with 2 tbsp (30 mL) of cranberry sauce. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the base is crisp and the cheese has melted.
