This elegant appetizer is simple to make and packed with flavour.
|185 g||package maple leaf ready crisp bacon bits|
|4||large avocados, halved and pit removed|
|450 g||of fresh crab meat|
|2 tbsp||lemon juice|
In a large bowl combine crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Fill each avocado halve with crab mixture and top each with bacon bits.
Try using chopped shrimp in place of crab.
