This easy dinner will satisfy a large crowd. Using leftover turkey makes this dish fast and easy. Topped with oozing cheese, sweet red peppers and a crispy crunch cornmeal crust. Simple, hearty, curl up on the couch food and play a movie night!


1 large store bought cooked pizza shell
2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
1 -2 tbsp coarse yellow corn meal
1 1/2 cups leftover cooked Maple Leaf Prime Turkey or Chicken
2 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 red pepper, sliced into lengths
1 small onion, cut into slices or rings
1 1/2 cups tomato sauce, preferably homemade or your favourite brand


Brush the pizza shell around the edges with the oil.
Sprinkle the cornmeal on the outside edges only.
Spread the tomato sauce all over except the edges.
Evenly sprinkle the turkey, onions and peppers over the dough.
Bake for 15 min. in a preheated 375F.
Top with cheese and bake another 5 min to melt the cheese.
