Nothing says "comfort food" like a pot roast for Sunday Dinner

Ingredients

5 lb Cross Rib Pot Roast
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2.5 cup low sodium beef broth
1.5 cup baby carrots
1 onion, diced
1 cup frozen peas
3 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
6 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 cup butter
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot except roast. Stir until well mixed. Add roast, and cover with sauce. Cook on low for 8-9hours.

During last 30minutes of cooking, boil potatoes in a large pot. Mash and add butter and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy
