These classic mash potatoes make the perfect sidekick to Maple Leaf's Prime Naturally Spinach and cheese stuffed chicken breasts. Simple, easy and delicious.
|2||MediumYukon gold potatoes, peeled, chopped in quarters|
|2 tbsp||heavy cream|
Put chopped potatoes in a pot, add 1/2 tsp. salt, cover with water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer, covered, approx 15 minutes. Once done, a fork should easily poke through potatoes. Drain potatoes, place back in pot, add butter, cream, salt and mash until mixed and there are not any lumps. Do not over mix as it will get gluey. Enjoy!
