About this Recipe

The method is very simple in that the flavours of the chicken and veggies are extracted by boiling to produce a flavourful soup.


1 Pkg Chicken Legs as per my photo or you can use chicken meat you like
3 Carrots
1 Sweet Potato
2 Potatoes
2 Parsnips
4 Celery Sticks including the stalk and leaves
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Your Favourite Type of Salt
2 Purple Onions as seen in my photo or you can use your favourite type of onion


Add all ingredient to a stock pot and boil while stirring occasionally and removing the brown frothy waste product by catching it with a spoon and discarding as the liquid boils.
