Great for taking along on a picnic - a classic with a little twist, the flavours meld together to make an amazing taste sensation!


1 Gluten free bun ( or regular bun)
3 Strips of cooked Maple Leaf foods Natural Selections bacon
3 slices of tomato
1 romaine leaf
3 slices of brie


Start by laying the strips of cooked bacon across bun, adding the brie on top then place in microwave for just a few seconds- you only want to melt the brie slightly not make it really runny. Once done add the tomatoes and wrap in foil. Just before eating, unwrap and place the romaine over the tomatoes and enjoy. The sandwich doesn’t need to be warm, but the previously melted brie will have mixed nicely with the bacon and tomatoes so the flavours come out beautifully.
