Healthy summer salad filled with tons of flavour.


1 (5 oz/142 g) can Maple Leaf® Seasoned Chicken Breast Chunks (drained)
6 cups (1.5 L) greens or baby spinach leaves
1 orange bell pepper, cut into slices lengthwise
1 firm ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 cup (250 mL) blackberries
5 cups (125 mL) thinly sliced red onion
2 tbsp (30 mL) Olive Oil
1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
salt and freshly ground pepper


WHISK dressing ingredients together, allow to stand for 15-30 minutes.

TOSS all salad ingredients together in a large bowl, drizzle with dressing and season to taste.
