One of my top 5 favourite desserts/breakfasts!
|0.75 cup||brown sugar|
|0.5 cup||all-purpose flour|
|1 cup||granulated sugar|
|2 cups||all-purpose flour|
|1 tsp||baking powder|
|1 tsp||baking soda|
|1.5 cup||sour cream|
Mix streusel items and set aside.
Cream together butter, sugar, sour cream until light.
Beat in eggs -- one at a time.
Mix in flour, bs and bp.
Spread half of cake mixture in greased and floured 10" springform pan.
Sprinkle with half of streusel mix and 1 cup of cranberries.
Spread the rest of the batter evenly on top, sprinkle another 1.5 cups of cranberries on top and sprinkle with remaining streusel mix.
Bake at 350 for one hour.
