Lots of flavour and punch in a simple Panini!


4 slices chorizo
1 handful of fresh spinach leaves
1 tbsp feta cheese
3 ripe oil cured olives
1 ripe roma tomato
olive oil
2 slices of bread


Preheat grill / sandwich press.
Brush both sides of bread with olive oil.
Layer chorizo slices, tomato, feta, black olives, and fresh spinach on bread.
Grill for a few minutes until heated through. Flip if necessary.
