1/2 cup Sugar
1 Envolope Unflavoured gelatin
1/2 cup Boiling water
1 Eggs, seperated
Zest of one orange
1/2 cup Nutriwhip® Whip Topping, whipped
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
1 Tenderflake® Frozen Deep Dish Pie Shell, defrosted
4 Squares semi-sweet chocolate, chopped


BAKE pie shell according to package directions. Set aside.

MELT chocolate in a heavy saucepan over low heat or in a double boiler. Combine sugar and gelatin, stir into chocolate. Gradually add boiling water. Heat, stirring constantly until gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved.

BEAT egg yolks and add a small amount of the hot chocolate mixture. Gradually add eggs into the remaining chocolate mixture. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly for one minute longer. Remove from heat and stir in orange zest. Place a piece of plastic wrap directly on the surface and chill until mixture begins to thicken.

BEAT egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into the chocolate mixture along with whipped topping. Fill baked pie shell with chocolate mixture and chill for 4-5 hours. Garnish with dollops of whipped topping and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
