1 Pkg Tenderflake® Frozen Patty Shells
8 oz (227 g) Milk chocolate
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Whipping Cream (35%), divided
1 tsp (5 mL) Vanilla
1/3 cup (80 mL) Dulce de Leche or caramel sauce


BAKE patty shells according to package directions. Allow to cool.

MELT chocolate in a double boiler stirring constantly. When chocolate has melted, stir in 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream. Whip remaining cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.

DIVIDE dulce de leche evenly between cooled patty shells. Fill with ¼ cup (60 mL) ganache (chocolate and cream), and top with whipped cream, using a piping bag.
