|1 Pkg||Tenderflake® Frozen Patty Shells|
|8 oz||(227 g) Milk chocolate|
|1 1/2 cups||(375 mL) Whipping Cream (35%), divided|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Vanilla|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Dulce de Leche or caramel sauce|
BAKE patty shells according to package directions. Allow to cool.
MELT chocolate in a double boiler stirring constantly. When chocolate has melted, stir in 1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream. Whip remaining cream and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
DIVIDE dulce de leche evenly between cooled patty shells. Fill with ¼ cup (60 mL) ganache (chocolate and cream), and top with whipped cream, using a piping bag.
