Smoky and delicious, this sandwich delivers great flavor and is super filling.
|1 tbsp||vegetable oil|
|1 Pkg||Maple Leaf Natural Selections® Slow Roasted Shredded Pork (200 gr)|
|2 tbsp||brown sugar|
|1 tbsp||prepared mustard|
|1||chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, seeded and minced|
|1 tbsp||garlic, minced|
|1 tbsp||apple cider vinegar|
|1/4 cup||BBQ sauce|
|1 cup||prepared creamy coleslaw|
|2||sesame buns, split|
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add sugar, mustard, chipotle and garlic. Stir to combine for about 1 minute. Add gingerale, vinegar, molasses and BBQ sauce. Stir and allow to simmer for about 1 to 2 minutes. Add pulled pork and stir to combine well. Allow to heat through for about 4 to 5 minutes stirring frequently.
Divide mixture between two buns and top with coleslaw and top buns.
Serve with tortilla chips on the side
