|1||(300 g) Package (4 pieces) Schneiders® Chipotle Monterey Jack Chicken Sausage|
|4||D’Italiano brizzolio rolls|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Honey|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Lime juice|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Cumin|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Chopped cilantro|
|1 cup||(250 mL) Corn|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Canned black beans, rinsed and drained|
|1||Small red pepper, diced|
|1||Small avocado, diced|
|Salt and pepper|
PREHEAT a lightly oiled grill to medium. Grill sausages for 5-6 minutes, turning frequently.
MEANWHILE whisk together honey, lime juice, cumin and cilantro. Place the remaining ingredients in a small bowl; drizzle with dressing and toss to coat.
ASSEMBLE by placing a grilled sausage into each bun then topping with salsa.
Serve with an ice cold Pepsi® and Lay’s® potato chips!
